Where is Chi-Car based?

Chi-Car has two headquarters in Malcesine and Brenzone sul Garda. Both towns are located in the Verona province, overlooking beautiful Lake Garda.

Is transfer service provided to and from airports?

Yes, transfers are provided to and from airports, especially Verona as well as Bergamo, Venice, Milan Linate and Malpensa, Treviso and Bologna.

How long does it take to get from Malcesine to the Verona, Bergamo, Venice and Milan airports?

This may vary depending on the airport and traffic conditions. However, average travel times are as follows:
● Verona Airport: about 1 hour.
● Bergamo-Orio al Serio Airport: about 2.5 hours.
● Venice-Marco Polo Airport: about 2.5 hours.
● Milan-Malpensa Airport: about 3 hours.
Please note these are rough estimates and actual travel times may vary. We recommend booking your transfer in advance to ensure timeliness.

How much does the transfer service to the Verona airport cost?

The price varies depending on the time and day. It starts from approximately €130.00 for up to 3 people. Each additional person costs an extra € 10.00 for a maximum of 8 people.

Is your taxi available 24 hours a day?

How do I book a taxi with Chi Car?

Can I book a taxi for a future date?

Of course, you can make a reservation for a future date at any time – in fact, it’s the best way to ensure you get priority and top-quality service. Reservations can be made by email, WhatsApp or phone.

Can I request a personalized transfer or sightseeing tour?

Of course! We specialize in tailored services and can recommend top attractions and destinations as well as the best days and times to visit them, so you can use your time more effectively and enjoy a hassle-free tour.
Our destinations include the entire Lake Garda area with the breathtaking Monte Baldo (called the Botanical Garden of Europe) and beautiful surrounding countryside, the “Little Dolomites”, Valpolicella (one of the most important wine regions in northern Italy), the city of Verona, the Venice lagoon and much more.

What areas does your taxi service cover?

Our service is based on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, specifically Brenzone sul Garda and Malcesine, and is active throughout Italy as well as other countries upon request (Austria, Germany, Switzerland, etc.).

What languages does the driver speak?

Andrea speaks Italian, English, German and a little French.

What happens if my flight gets delayed?

We check flights with the Flightradar24 application, so we always know about any delays in flight arrivals in advance. Sometimes delays of more than 30 minutes require us to reschedule our reservations, but we have agreements with other drivers and companies to ensure you always get the service you booked. The best way to get updates on your transfer is to contact us via WhatsApp or call us at the number provided.

Do you provide child seats?

We have child seats, carry-cots and booster seats for children of all ages.

Is there a surcharge for extra baggage?

Our cars are quite spacious and can easily accommodate a large suitcase and one piece of hand baggage for each passenger. Please let us know if you’re traveling with special equipment or particularly large baggage so we can arrange the best solution for you, including extra vehicles if necessary.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

You can cancel or change your reservation any time by notifying us through the contacts provided. You can also cancel your service free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 30% of the total amount. In the event of “no show”, you’ll be charged the full amount.
